1. How big is the AFG database?

Currently our AFG database stands at 100,000 and is growing each day, which is 90% Melbourne based. Each member will be informed of each and every deal and given ample opportunity to make purchase.

2. How long does the deal run for?

The deal shall run either all week (Business days), or for 24 hours. This we can alter to suit your needs.

3. What does it cost?

Any deal signed with AFG is completely free of charge with no upfront payment. AFG are entitled to a small percentage of each voucher sold to cover costs.

4. How many vouchers can customers buy?

Making a fantastic gift, there is no limit on how many vouchers can be sold. Although, again suiting your needs vouchers will only be redeemable one at a time.

5. How can you ensure payment security?

Using the most secure and widely-used Pay-Pal service ensures complete security.

6. Can you exclude any items redeemable through voucher?

Any item retailers wish to exclude is completely negotiable, as we aim to make AFG deals most profitable for you.

7. How long is voucher valid?

All AFG vouchers are sold with 3 month validation starting only when full payment has been received by the retailer.

8. Who supplies such a voucher and how is it redeemed?

Each voucher purchased will be made printable via email link supplied by either AFG or retailer.

9. What AFG regulations in terms of minimum and maximum sold?

This we shall tailor to suit the retailers needs and wants, negotiated before sign off.

10. When do we receive payment?

Payment shall be received 5 business days after the deal has been has ceased. Only after full payment has been received are vouchers valid.
